Stitches are shown using a black and white diagram showing needle insertion points for several sequential stitches., then has a picture of a completed design in color using the stitch. Pictures have enough detail, to show the grain of the material, and show how Aida cloth or a grained linen can be used, where the stitch is useful in counted stitch work. This book makes you want to rush right out and start a new project.
This book has not been formatted for kindle, despite being available for the device. Nevertheless, the diagrams are relatively easy to follow, and the author describes the uses for the stitches which is helpful when designing your own projects.
Not the richest book in pictures, projetcs and text, but it's a good quick lexicon on stitches. There are errors in the kindle version as well, like I can't read the stiching points' names. I'd buy a better book if I has the chance.
