I love watching Bonsai with different artistically created types. Shakkan which is the slanting type is one of my favorites. This Japanese art is indeed a unique and marvelous idea using nature as its medium. What I admire most about this book is how they were able to present this topic in a very organized way. The pictures per type of bonsai greatly adds to the bigger context and fully describes how one can produce such master piece. Although it takes a lot of patience and constant attention to the plant, watching it grow the way you wanted it is priceless.
This is a really good book for anyone just getting into bonsai. It is very easy to read and contains great information, not only about basic care and training techniques; the book also contains great information on the history and inspiration of bonsai. This book is awesome if your just getting started or need to reference something. Bonsai is a matter of skill and patients.
I loved gardening and this book is truly perfect for me as it tackles about Bonsai plants which is actually an additional information for me. Caring a bonsai is not hard as we thought but there are basic guidelines that needs to be followed when watering, fertilizing and repotting this kind of plant. Thru this book, I’ve learned a lot about planting the Bonsai. I may not mastered it now but i’m pretty sure, this book will be a great help for me. So if you’re interested in planting, include this book on your list. I recommend this because it’s informative and perfect for beginners like me.
To grow miniature trees, turning this process into an art, was invented by the ancient Japanese. Bonsai is a tree in a pot or translated as "growing in the tray." Artificial bonsai are popular today. There are many different styles of bonsai. Encouraged to review the information in the book. A good source of information.
I am not that kind of girl that takes care of plants and flowers even though I love them. I purchased this book because my boyfriend gave me a bonsai tree and I really want to take care of it. I like this book because it guides me through the process and it explains everything perfectly.
I love this book, although I find it short but it is very informative and helpful for my own opinion. I have 3 bonsai and now I know more about it and how to take good care about it. This book even teaches me the bonsai styles which I'm not familiar with it in the first place. Nice book.
The bonsai is a plant which can be planted in trays. This book is very informative about Bonsai. The author has added useful information about growing it. It can be used to decorate your lawns and rooms. it looks like a real tree but a small and cute one. I am glad to have this book and will definitely try to grow it as this author mentioned.
Bonsai making is a beautiful Japanese art of growing trees in a small restricted miniature form and it can even bear fruits and flowers. i loved this art form and this guide is very good to learn the skills and do it yourself.
