This is written well and it's good for a person just getting into the bonsai world. The only downside of the book is alot of the same information can be found online. Also this book seems a little short, which might be good or bad.I don't think you could go wrong with this book.
I am really excited in the outcome of my first bonsai. I really love growing bonsai. This is one of thee reason I grab the book. This is one of my stress reliever and it is very fulfilling when you can grow one. Patience and perseverance are greatly required. Thanks to you Louise Harvey for sharing the guide. I was unaware of Bonsai before reading this book but after reading I am interested in growing my own Bonsai. This is a great book for all beginners and experts in Bonsai as it provides very detailed information on the proper caring and maintaining of the tree. It is highly recommended for all future gardeners who need a tree that will provide brightness to their garden.
Great book. I thought it is to a great degree hard to grow a bonsai tree and didn't set out to attempt it. This book makes an incredible showing breaking the myth. Presently I'm certain I can do it on the off chance that I purchase fledgling bonsai tree. Recommended to all.

Disappointingly short. The book is physically very thin, about the width of a weekly news magazine. The content is equally short, very little explanation with lots of white space on the already sparse pages.I ended up googling how to care for my Bonsai, and got way better instructions on the internet for free.
