I was thinking this was a book of pre-cut stencils. I thought wrong. They have to be cut out with a hobby knife. But only after being treated with oil and turpentine. Real old fashion. It might be fun, but it'll have to wait for warmer weather, need some ventalation to work with turpentine.
Just got this today and it was in great shape and am looking forward to using these neat stencils
Definitely a 1970's book. It has some interesting stencils. I would like to see more color pictures of the finished stencils.
