This is a great book if you're planning a wedding on a budget, love flowers, and want something spectacular on the tables for your guests. There are 25 different arrangements - enough to pick something special and I think you could also adapt them easily enough to create something totally original and matching your color scheme if you want. Liked the Do's and Don'ts section - wouldn't have thought of some of these, so a handy checklist.
The book has some great ideas and made all of the ideas seem possible, even the big and the bold. Almost all of the options consisted of red/white/pink roses. Granted you can substitute the roses for almost anything else, but I would like to have seen more ideas.
I bought this for my granddaughter as she's looking to keep her wedding costs down so is thinking of doing her own centerpieces. We were both pleased to find a lot of useful information that we didn't already know about ordering and handling flowers as well as the range of 25 designs to choose from which are helpfully sorted by price. It's given us a lot of food for thought.
This book explains how to build these centerpieces step by step and also gives an estimate on how much they'll be. The designs were good ideas, I just like more extravagant ones than this book has.
I learned a lot from this book! How to prepare a your own center without breaking the couple's pockets or any of my clients for any occasions. I would to read it again. I will read it again!
The center pieces were simple but not really what I was looking for. I was wanting a more elaborate centerpiece but I can use some of the ideas.
