I needed this book for my fire technology class on building construction. The book is not very long which is nice because you are not bombarded with a a large amount of extra frivolous facts and information in the chapters like other textbooks. The price and delivery were good so it made it better than buying from the college bookstore on campus which wanted almost double for what I paid here.
