David Diamantes has written a great treatise on the fundamentals of how to approach and conduct fire inspections. It is eminently practical and well seasoned, with no fluff; and, gives the new and seasoned fire inspector the code-based knowledge necessary to understand why it is important to look at certain items in the field.My only concern (and the reason for my three star rating) with this text is the code references are circa 2006....which means it is quickly getting long in the tooth in " code years".I will buy the next edition should Mr. Diamantes write a new edition (please!).
This book came on time and said what the description posted said would be included. Overall great and i would definetly buy from this owner again
