My child loves Quesadillas. She said her classmate gave her one during their lunch break. Wanting to surprise her one day, I got this book. All the recipes looks simple to make and the ingredients seems easy to find in the market. Plus it provides nutritional facts and the time to prepare them along with the number of servings as a complete guide as to which should I try first. Only one thing though, I wish the author included how to make the tortillas. I had to search google further to find out that Quesadillas are made of wheat or corn tortillas, and had to continue searching how to make them.
Just as how I’ve expected, this cookbook is something I need to spend time reading with. The recipes are so easy to follow and you won’t find it difficult at all. If I were you, I won’t waste my time waiting for nothing and I’ll buy this book immediately so that I can have it on my own. In this book you learned a lot of recipes that you don’t expect, you can be able to know at all. This book is beyond useful. It is more than enough to take your kitchen skills at a higher level! Now go through each page of the book! It’s never too late to discover new things!

I gave this cookbook a five star rating because it absolutely deserves it. The recipes sound easy enough and really sound yummy. I'm glad to have this one in the collection.
