Great cookbook! I love Venezuelan food and this book has all the traditional recipes. The pictures are amazing and the stories behind each dish are fun to read. Once you eat guasacaca, you'll never use another condiment/salsa again! It's great that this cookbook is in English too, with ingredients that are easy to find in almost any city.
Its a panflet, yo expensive for 10 half pages
