Swedish Recipes Everything from Swedish Meatball Recipes to Swedish Pancakes by author Ingrid Anderson would have received a higher rating except I kept finding external links to get two free cookbooks sprinkled throughout her cookbook. One link at the end of the book would have been fine with me, but the book starts with an external link and continues the trend throughout her cookbook.You will find an interactive table of contents making navigation easy. Some of the recipes you will find include:The Lutfisk (Lutefisk) recipe tells you how to make the recipe using lye. Most recipes I've read use a prepared lutefisk and do not need added lye. Your best bet is to purchase the prepared lutefisk and follow a reliable cookbook's directions rather than using the recipe found in this cookbook. Also, lutefisk is usually served with melted butter, potatoes, green peas and lefse. Some people like to drink beer or Aquvit to help eat the gelatinous lutefisk. We skip this all together and eat Swedish Meatballs instead.
