Over 25 years ago a woman I worked with had a copy of this book and I was able to get a couple of recipes out of it. Although I was very busy at the time I tried to find a copy but to no avail. Recently, as I was looking for other cookbooks I ran across this one; which I purchased. It has many easy to make Scandinavian recipes which I enjoy.
