If your looking for the hardest explanation to do anything in microsoft office, use this book. You are better off googling the things you need to know for your assignments versus buying this book. You will learn nothing.

The description suggested the book would come with an access code. Guess what no access code and I ended up missing an assignment. I'm highly upset 😤

The vendor was amazing and delivered as expected. The book is easy to understand though I find it very annoying that certain information about topics is sometimes sporadically presented and that not all key terms are listed in the glossary or in the index.

The book was in great condition I'm sure, but when I received it the packaging was torn and the right bottom corner of the book was bent (this was on 1/4 of the pages, not just the cover). I'm not picky and it's not that bad so I like it:)

Excellent resource. I bought it for a textbook for college class and it was well put together, easy to learn from and the e-learning site for it is excellent

The entire book is set to Microsoft 2013 it makes it impossible to follow if you have any other version of Microsoft office

Great information!!!!! Current technology are in the book. Tablets and iPads. There is a lot of packed good info to know.
