I like the recipes and how they turned. They are very easy to follow and it turns great. No leftovers here :)
Not really what I expected.
I bought this for my husband. He lived in Trinidad for four years as a child and loved the curries. This cookbook did not contain any dishes he remembered or cared to try.
I was disappointed with this book. It was lacking many thing and I did not like it. I have seen better put together west Indian cookbooks.
It was okay but could be better but it was great for the ocation more recipies please
