This is a surprisingly good book that I purchased not knowing what to expect. It offers detailed plans and instructions to recreate several historical/classical buildings and structures, its furnishings and accesories. There are also some projects that can be made more or less whimsical according to personal preference. All in all, a well rounded book.

I really enjoy dollhouses, dolls and miniatures and I am thrilled to have purchased this enjoyable book. It is full of pictures and detailed instructions for all sort's of fun and interesting projects-including dollhouse doll making, dollhouse making, and miniature making. I have already marked my favorite projects! It has unique projects for all skill levels and I also love the vintage style of the book...A super good book-to add to your crafting collection!

Out of all of my dollhouse and miniature how to books, and trust me I have a lot, this is by far the best and my favorite! This is a combination of other McCall's dollhouse books all combined into one big book.There is something for everyone in this book! From the advanced hobbyist to the beginner and everything in between. You can make a showcase worthy dollhouse and miniatures to just simple fun to make dollhouse's that even the kids could make.There is plenty for one to do in this book with easy to follow and understand instructions.This is a must have for any dollhouse enthusiast!!! You will not be disappointed!!
