This is a really interesting pop-up paper doll book. It's targeted toward the most extreme of Hillary Clinton's followers. For example, on the Republican Adversaries it includes both Jeb Bush and Beelzebub. The first ten pages are all dolls that you can punch out. The last three pages open up, in a kind of pop-up book, so that you can play with your paper dolls in different settings.It has Hillary with four different outfits, and seven different expressions. Hillary's outfits could also be used on the other dolls. It has about eight other dolls, like Bill, Oprah, Bono, etc. It has two stands and a couple of other props, too. The dolls are made from pretty thick paper, but like all paper dolls, they'll eventually tear with too much play.The quality of the book is excellent and the art is great, and that's what I'm basing most of my 5-star rating on. If you love Hillary, you'll at least be amused with this book, and if you don't then please skip it.
This is very clever but went overboard with some of the dolls. There was no need for disrespectful political statements--really, Beezlebub as a political adversary? Let's have a little class, please. Loved the pop-up rooms.
Election stress has never reached such high levels. I am an expert on humor as therapy and feel some days, humor alone gets me through. I am amazed by the value of this tool; I just put Hillary wherever I want her to be and with whom, so I've salvaged some control over this inane political state in the media. I leave news off and just now placed HRC on the White House lawn with her pet eagle, a very calming/amusing maneuver.The uses are endless, I'm thinking of putting HRC in the car to keep passengers from rehashing news stress. She herself could use this and put Bill in her preferred First Guy mode.
I love paper dolls, so I couldn't resist the lure of a set of Hillary Clinton paper dolls. This set has everything you need. It unfolds into three backgrounds for your scenes. It has a pouch for storing the pieces. It has Hillary, with several outfits and even more faces. It has Bill Clinton, a variety of Republicans, a Secret Service agent, Supreme Court Justices, and an eagle. It even has a few props.Each piece is on sturdy paper with thick tabs. It is fairly easy to punch them out without ripping the pieces, although it takes a bit of care. The pieces fit together well, even the facial expressions. Caitlin Kuhwald's art captures the recognizable faces well.The HILLARY RODHAM CLINTON PRESIDENTIAL PLAYSET is cleverly designed and a great gift for anyone in your life who isn't afraid of having a little fun with politics. Better yet, you can buy it for youself. You know you love paper dolls too.

This paper doll book of Hillary Rodham Clinton is not what I expected at all. When I think of paper doll books that I had as a child, I'm thinking thin, inexpensive and paper. This book is a solid 8 inch by 8 inch hardcover with 3 play areas, 10 paper dolls, accessories and outfits made of a heavy paper/thin cardboard. The 3 play areas that open up are the White House, the Oval Office and the Situation Room. There is a pouch to store your pieces in should you want to punch everything out and play.They gave Hillary different faces to put on, pantsuits, p.j.'s and formal wear. Husband Bill is in his bathrobe and has his lawnmower ready to keep up the front lawn and his sax for when he wants to have fun. There is a body that you can put faces of her Republican adversaries on and they look a little too real- especially Beelzebub and Boehner. Oprah and Bono are here as her trusted advisers. Her bodyguard, Supreme Court justices and White House Ghosts add to the fun. Jackie Kennedy is as beautiful as ever even as a ghost. There is also an elastic band that keeps the 3 settings open. This 5 STAR paper doll book was made for lots of political fun and beautifully done!
I suppose I didn't read the description very well, but for a novelty paper doll book this was very high quality. The paper is thick and the cover is quite sturdy. I'm loving the funny comments and even D. Trump and R.B.G. make appearances, but I don't want to give too much away! Not sure if this is intended for small children, but it's done tastefully. I'm giving to someone as a gift and I really think they'll like it.
This is a hard back book with perforated paper dolls and clothing. The front of the book has an envelope you can keep your dolls and accessories in.Along with Hillary, a couple of pant suits, an evening dress and pjs, she comes with an assortment of facial expressions. Bill comes in his pjs and with a lawn mower so he can mow the White House lawn.There’s also a Republican adversaries paper doll in a black suit, with heads that can be changed.There are three pop-out settings in the back of the book. The Presidential office, the press room and outside the White House on the lawn. A podium is ready to punch out so Hillary can address the nation whenever she chooses.I love this. Your favorite Hillary fan will too.
