Thanks for writing this! We're traveling to Peru in a few weeks and I wanted to get a sense of what I will be able to eat since I have some food allergies that will limit my options. I'd love to know more about the ingredients in the dishes but thankfully Wikipedia and the Internet helped me find those details.There's some rough spots with the English grammar but I commend the effort and appreciate your intentions! I love food. Not going to deny that one!I wanted to have a bit more of an idea of the food in Peru before I head off on my trip (which I still need to buy my ticket for!) and this book helped me achieve just that... perfect.
So much potential, and I did appreciate having this book to enhance a tour of Peru, but really, the Kindle version of this REALLY needed to include more photos of food.
Not a very long book, but it's got a pretty good brief overview on a lot of the food in Peru in its variety of forms. Could have maybe used a better edit though.
