Look have never given a negative review, but this deserves it. I tend to like my cookbooks as a hard copy, so I purchased the printed version. BIG MISTAKE. As others have stated, it doesn't list an author. I had to number the pages on the Table of Contents, so I could find anything. To add insult to injury, at the end of the Table of Content it says "Bonus Content!. Pressure Cooker Stew Recipes", and then it's blank. ??? What's that about?? I want my Bonus Content!! Is there suppose to be a website listed there?The few recipes listed appear to be fine, but the quality of the book leaves a lot to be desired. Get the kindle version if you want this book. Do not waste your money like I did on the hard copy.
Easy ingredients combined with excellent instructions and awesome ideas. This one is full of regular recipes for regular people. There were no look inside previews for this book so I was flying blind and I decided to buy this book strictly based on the reviews. The directions for the recipes are very well written, they contain the same information about each dish, including prep time estimates, cook time, pressure needed, and servings per dish. The book is also very well organized.
Perfect timing! We’ve recently purchased an InstantPot, and have been looking for already tested recipes to use with it. This cookbook about instant pot is what I needed for me to know more about it. It's like a manual and a recipe book at the same time, which is beneficial for me as a beginner. I am a busy person and I have less time to worry on what to cook and the reason why I bought an instant pot.
The recipes are perfect for beginners and people who aren't familiar with using electric pressure cookers. So all the recipes are easy and don't require gourmet ingredients (all can be found in the nearest supermarket) I think this book useful.
I was really interested in and then bookmark them so I could easily get to them later. The instructions are easy to follow and the food is great. This cook book is huge and very helpful. Inside of this book I have found tons of instant pot pressure cooker recipes. Pressure cooker is an amazing tool to save both time and money while making a meal. I appreciate having the corrected times as well. Definitely well worth reading this kind of book!
The cooking method in the recipes help me know how much liquid and good time estimates. This book was a great reference to use in preparing a healthy recipes. You’ll surely love and enjoy it to read for it has a quick and easy to follow steps for cooking and ingredients. The good thing about this book is that the recipes that are provided here are not just for lunch or dinner. Owning one is really amazing. You can experiment different recipes that are provided in this book. What I like about this book is that it provides a wide selection healthy and delicious recipes.
Like MANY others I got an instant pot on Prime Day and needed some cookbooks. This review is for the paperback version of this book, it is a joke for the price, so thin and strangely laid out, multiple pages for a recipe. I like actual cook BOOKS, but for this one I would get the kindle version.
Do Not Buy This!!! It is a terrible Book with incomplete recipes and no Author. It has a table of contents but doesn't give the page number for the recipe. Most recipes are 2 pages long. It is not worth any money. If I had seen this in a store I would tell them to take it off the shelf. Way to expensive for what you get- basically Nothing!
