Here is a kindle book with 100 recipes, without an index! if you want to check a specific recipe, start by clicking the Kindle switch. keep clicking. only one hundred recipes to check and hope the required recipe is even listed! I gave up on this book. a complete waste of money.
Rip Off Alert. This book has about 15 recipes and you can find every single one of them in a single google search.
This is very poorly written with extensive grammatical errors. The recipes, in many instances, appear to be made up by someone with little experience in either cooking or devising recipes. A waste of time and money!
I can still remember when my mom bought the first pressure cooker, some 37-38 years ago, we all thought entire kitchen is going to blow up, never happened naturally my mom was great with this as with everything else. These days we use pressure cooker a lot in our family, it reduces the time, cost and effort involved in preparing healthy meals for entire family. This book offers not only great recipes but also tips and advice on how to start with pressure cooking.
It's just ok. Alittle disappointed w/the number of recipes. Then some of the recipes called for things that the ordinary cook doesn't keep in the cubbard (Black Rice, Cardamom). What is Ghee??? Who can afford Saffron Threads? I just wish the recipes were alittle more home cooking.
Was ok - nothing new here. Adding canned soup to a soup recipe seems defeating the purpose of "homemade" soup.
I love this pressure cooker. I use it 1-2/wk to make yogurt and at least once a week for cooking dinner. I love that I can brown the meat first before I set it to either slow cook or pressure cook. The only complaint I have is that the silicone seal absorbs odors. I bought an extra one to make yogurt and I keep the original one to cook meat otherwise every time I make yogurt it smells like pot roast.
I just bought an electric pressure cooker, with absolutely no instructions on how to prepare food, etc. This not only has mouth watering recipes, it explains step by step how to use the pressure cooker and for how long to cook the food. I am so excited to have found this!
