I saw this book on and purchase it right away for I have a new electric pressure cooker at home. Wow! this book has a complete pack of recipes which I can cook to make use of my pressure cooker. I got so excited when I saw this book for I really wanted to learn on some recipes using a pressure cooker luckily I found this book. I like this book for it offers some tasty recipes at the same time ingredients can easily be found in groceries and it has simple instructions to follow. This book is really for me.

This book contains simple ,easy to make recipes that can be use to make week night dinners. The ingredients are readily available in the store and some are staples you already have in your kitchen. There are no pictures in the book, but I live without the pictures if the recipes fill my needs for something quickly and easy the end of a long day, and this book does that! There not many dessert recipes but that is okay, because I use this book mainly for evening dinners. I am pleased with my purchase.
I found this book, bought a pressure cooker, and my meals have been more tasty and in half the time! I've been able to go to bed early and have more energy. There are so many delicious recipes I never get bored! Plus, the ladies love a man who can cook!This box set is really amazing. Any one of these books would be a great deal on their own. However, when you combine them together.I personally love pressure cookers and my favorites from the books include spicy ribs and even salmon steaks. The book on dump dinners is wonderful for really saving time and eating healthy. The hardest part is knowing which of the many recipes to start with. This was a real home run for cookbooks. With this one, you don't need any more cook books!

After buying this book, we both got into it and I have to saw that I’m pretty pleased on how the book guides you to understand and to teach you about what electric pressure cooking is and the benefits you get by doing this besides doing it safely.Lastly, the book gives you a pretty wide recipes’ list that goes from soup, to beef, to chicken, pork, seafood and even desserts. Overall, a really complete guide for this cooking method, 100% recommended.
I bought this book in hope to find a recipe for my barely ever used pressure cooker. Was surprised to see that there were tons of great recipes! I decided to cook Chicken Adobo, a favourite meal since a trip in the Phillippines.
