As we all know windows has been around for a long time for those of use wjo started out with windows 95 and so on we know how it changed over the years. This book brought to light all the different windows 7 products and features which is an awesome plus. it shows you step by step what to do in the windows environment quickly you may understand some of it. If you are tech savy it will grow on you and never let you down.
I used Windows XP for years, and when I bought a new computer with Windows 7 Professional I wanted a reference book for it. This book is really a textbook for new computer users learning Windows 7. While I have found it helpful for several features, a lot of it is pretty basic and some topics I need information for aren't covered. It is a very good book for its intended use with extensive explanations, numerous screenshot illustrations in color and end-of-chapter quizzes and exercises; just not exactly what I was looking for.
This book is not recommended by me... I finally purchased another book so I could find how to use Windows 7.
