It's a nice book.Its has detailed and well laid out instructions on how to prepare Turkish meals.The recipes are very creative and most of the ingredients you can find at your regular grocery store.This will be my new addition to my cooking library.
My friend has a turkish boyfriend so I got this book just for her. We tried quite q lot of recipes, with no surprise that all went pretty well. We are both satisfied with it.
Smaller than expected, but a nice introduction to some Turkish recipes.
