This book was great. It lists the house plans in groups by square foot and I loved that I didn't have to search the entire book to see what plans were in the range I wanted. Can't argue with the price either.
I enjoy looking at home plans and dreaming of when I will building another home. So many ideas from looking at these plans which are easy to look at in this bound book and the book stores nicely in a bookcase. Book was well packaged and arrived fast.
Like the Sears Christmas Wish Book from when I was a kid...love paging through to see which things I like (to put on my "wish list"!) and which things don't suit my needs. Not actually ready to build just yet, but it's never to early to dream!
Most of these plans have been around for years. very little new or innovative. The same plans are in the other recommended books as well.
Lots of plans to go through..too many it feels like. Hard to narrow down a pick from so many different styles.
