My sister in law had purchased the book and I borrowed hers. After looking through it, I decided I needed one of my own. Excellent gardening information! Especially appreciated the tips for caring for the plants, propagating them and what to do to use them in arrangements. It is one of the most sensible and practical gardening / flower books I've seen or looked at.
Not every flower bulb/perennial/annual is in this book. Just a few famous ones. I was very disappointed because I could not find some common perennials I have in my garden.
Great book for what to plant where and when. I am a beginner and hopefully this book will help me look like a planting pro!
Excellent filled with loads of information as well as pictures. Always check the date it was written.
