I love this book. Madison has done extensive research and studies of the American Ginseng as well as growing her own.
For those who take walks in the woods and want to learn more about the plants many of us often ignore without a thought as to what they might be, this book will be most helpful. I will never again trek thought the woods without stopping to take more time to observe the plants around me much more closely. The wonderful photos and narratives give the reader a clear vision the author and photographer is in tune with nature.
This is a wonderful book, it has beautiful photos, it is easy to read and very informative about the different types of plants. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in the great outdoors.
