Excellent ideas for when you go camping and on picnics. I love all kinds of barbeque and this book fits right in with my collection. Buy it, it's worth it! This book is highly recommended for persons who do event planning, indoor and outdoor cooking. It has a lot of fascinating recipes. They really look delightful and it is easy to understand.
FEBRUARY 1st we will be have our 4th annual "super bowl, tailgate party in our church parking lot! (The cowboys will be with me in spirit, until next year.) I will be making 3 of the recipes from this book. My husband is always asking me, "how can you make recipes for other people you've never tried before. This time it will be an easy answer. If it's good enough for the Dallas Cowboys, it's good enough for everyone else! See you all next year!
