Arrived promptly, beautiful condition. I didn't realize this was the first edition, with two updates available. This one is excellent, I can't imagine how it could be improved, but I'll find the current version to be sure. It's a god practical treatment of a complex subject.
This is a great book for learning everything about antenna design and SWR. It clears up some of the misunderstandings around SWR and why the lowest numbers are not necessarily better. Enjoyable reading.
This book is well written with complex text, complicated formulas, charts and diagrams. Reader should have some previous back ground in antennas, R.F. transmission lines and experience in amateur radio or radio communications.
