Great book. The previous review talks bad about this book but I don't agree with that. If you are looking for a traditional book with Peruvian food this is not what you are looking for. This book is written by the one of the most prestigious chefs that Peru has (his restaurant Central is ranked as best in South America and 5th in the world). The type of cuisine he presents is very modern, innovative and resembles the great food that can be made in Peru with the broad variety of ingredients that are there. Some ingredients you won't be able to find them very easily but it's being creative and using the concept to apply it to your own reality and the ingredients you have available. If you love Peruvian food and want to try some new recipes that are completely out of the traditional but still with the same soul that Peruvian food has this book is for you. Give it a try
