For someone proud of his Irish heritage, and with fond memories of food eaten in Ireland, this book provides authentic recipes and mouth watering pictures. Yes, they do eat something besides corned beef and cabbage!

The Irish Cooking Bible is a delightful compilation of tried and tested Irish recipes. After having sampled Irish fare during a trip to Ireland, I was anxious to recreate some of the wonderful dishes sampled there. Several great recipes are included in this attractively displayed cook book!

We have already made half a dozen of the items and have enjoyed them all. Nothing too complex, as with most good pub style items.

great book. making these recipes is almost as good as being back in that pub in Doolin! i highly recommend it.

Wonderful comfort food recipes, particularly the stews. It has been most helpful during these cod, snowy winter days. Go Irish!

The Irish cooking bible is an excellent book on Irish cooking . The recipes are clearly writtenand on the opposite page of the book are beautiful pictures of the finished food . They aregood enough to eat . Having been to Ireland the recipes are examples of the fresh androbust food the lovely and friendly Irish people set before us on the table and I would highlyrecommend this book . I think a novice cook could make good food from this book as thedirections are clear and to the point and it includes some tips to help out . Enjoy !

Service was prompt as always. The book itself was great as it had a lot of comfort food that is easy to make. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make good pub food.
