Mary Miller delivers several delicious, rice recipes that are easy to prepare. Each recipe includes Prep Time, Number of servings, and Directions. My daughter and I love rice, and are always searching for recipes that we never tried. Most of the recipes in this cookbook are simple, and many Ingredients are common.The Introduction highlights how to make perfect rice, and some of the recipes are delightful, and filling. Recipes Included are: Peanut Rice With Peas; Garlic And Basil Basmati Rice; Cinnamon And Raison Rice; Ginger And Pecan Rice; Orzo Pasta Rice; and more.Thus far, we made: The Garlic And Pork Rice, which was delicious, and filling. My daughter selected the Onion Peppered Rice And the Buttered Mushroom Rice, which were a sensation, very tasty. A few days ago, I also made the French Onion Beef Rice. This was new to us, and very enjoyable. There are some Great ideas in this cookbook, and it's ideal for us, because I include rice in many dinners I prepare. Useful, and good on a budget. Highly recommended.

This is a small collection of rice recipes. It had several creative recipes that I haven't seen anywhere else, and was well worth the price for those. However, don't expect that this is a complete book on cooking rice. No brown rice, no nutritional information, etc. Not even a passing mention of electric rice cookers. Just some very tasty recipes.

Everyone loves rice recipes. Rice is the old standby staple food. There are several good recipes in this book, but my personal favorite is the Tropical Fried Rice. I never thought to use spam in a rice dish before. But it makes sense.

I have always loved rice since I was a child! I didn't realize that there were so many different ways of cooking delicious rice till this cookbook! I highly recommend this to anyone that loves rice, because this cookbook offers diverse options in ways of cooking rice!

Great Book. My family eats rice constantly and rice with soy sauce is getting old. I am so glad I found this book. It's making rice fun again.
