I love Linda's Toilet Paper Cover book, the one that inspired this one. Many of these animal hats are adaptations of the TP covers. I am an experienced crocheter, but don't seem to do well writing my own patterns or changing others, so was very pleased to see the covers turned into hats. These are seriously cute and easy and fast. Last night I started and completed the bear. Linda writes the patterns clearly, the book is well laid out with good general instructions. You can't go wrong!

Fantastic book of animal hats for children; can't make up my mind which to make first. Great instructions here for beginners too. This is basic crocheting in the round.

I have not made any of the hats yet, so don't know if the patterns are well written or not. I am anxious to make some of these hats for grandkids.

Haven't tried any of the patterns yet, but am excited to make some fun hats for our new grandson when he gets a little older.
