A friend in Greece has this book and when I saw it I knew I had to have it. However, it is out of print right now so finding it used is the only option. I was very pleased to find it on .com and received it last week. Can't wait to get cooking! The illustrations are amazing and there is LOTS of excellent informaton about ingredients etc.

Used book came in very good condition and fairly quickly. The book is the best of both pictures of what your cooking and accurate recipes. My only disappointment was that some of our traditional ones were left out.

This book has helped me to prepare some of my favorite foods.Most of these foods were lost to me since my Mother passed away andcould only get them in a restaurant. But now I can have them anytime I want them.Easy to use.

Simple and delicious food. The authors made it easy to follow and enjoyable to read. Highly recommend to try ;) just don't forget to stuck up on olives, feta, and eggplants.

Have made several recipes. ..everyone has loved them. Bought another one as a gift for a friend I traveled to Greece with...she was delighted! !!
