This is a very well put together book which explains all about Shea Butter and where it comes from. It also has plenty of recipes to make your own Shea Butter creations for your needs. My only request would be that she explain what a few of the recipes were for. Most of them had what they were for in the name but some only had a generic name which didn't explain why she used certain essential oils or other ingredients, so I was hoping to know what they were beneficial for too. Other than that, a really good book for beginners. She also has a book called 'Body Butter Recipes For Beginners', which is also a good one to read.
This product is great for beginners like me. I would suggest this to anyone that's wanting to learn about this product.
