This book was rather disappointing compared to Etter's f77 book. It lacks some pretty basic and useful stuff. For example, there is no mention of the "USE" command for f90 modules, which would seem to be a rather big omission. A good book for people learning fortran for the first time? Maybe. A good book for people migrating from f77 to f90? Not really.
