Hardbound model books are hard to find, they are not really printed anymore, so I try to buy them when I can. This book is from 1980. The entire book is in black and white. The book covers European and American truck models. Most of the U.S. models you will recognize, such as the Monogram Mack Bulldog series and AMT's Peterbilts. There are a few line drawings you can use a templates to scratch build your own parts. Also included are pictures of real trucks for reference. Even though the book is older, it's not really out of date. The information is just as relevant to modelers today as it was then.Many of the trucks built inside are from the early 1900s-1040's. If you like those early trucks, than you definitely want to get this book. You probably won't find that model information anywhere else.
This book is very poorly done. It lack any really good instructions on detailing and modifications. IT IS ALSO TOTALLY OUT MO DATE.
