This is an excellent book for beginning to intermediate gunsmiths. I really enjoyed reading it adn will keep it in my library for years to come... hell, I'll never part with it.
This is a helpful collection of articles for any gunsmith or aspiring gunsmith. If you're looking for a brand new copy, they can be had from Palladium Press for $25, soft cover only. They offer other gunsmithing and gun related books there as well. I just wanted to warn those of you looking for a pristine copy so you don't spend hundreds of dollars on one of these 30+ year old prints.
Great old book, had the specific article on lever action takedown conversions I was looking for plus a lot of older information on Garands and other military service rifles. Plus lots of articles on custom gunsmithing including a profile Ted Blackburn. I highly recommend it
A great source of good old basic information, a must for gunsmiths or well informed gun nut. I highly recommend this book.
