This is the second part of Millionaires Mind. I chose to read from the second one because the first one offered introductory information on real estate at least from what I read on the reviews of those who had read it before. Real Estate is a very lucrative form of investment but also has a lot that one needs to factor in before actually investing. The author points out the common mistakes that people make when venturing in real estate investments and the general overview of what real estate investment encompasses. I think this book would benefit in the process of considering real estate as a form of investment. It points out what one needs to know before making an investment of a life time and end up making a loss. Am not so much of a pro when it comes to real estate for I would say for my personal consumption. This book was informative and good enough to help a beginner establish the basics of real estate investment.

This book is lay out in a very easy to follow format. It points out items to definitely remember when considering transactions and also points out warnings. This book I give 5 stars because it truly explains everything to the average Joe. It isn't boring. You get to learn the different aspects of real estate investing. Real estate investing isn't limited to just flipping houses, you'll find by reading this book there's many more roads that's equally profitable.

I am now pursuing opportunities for investing and real estate has always been on the top of my list. It is not only the most profitable option, but also the safest one. In this book I found exactly what I was looking for in order to take action towards acquiring property. Differently from what I previously thought, I can profit from property by other means than the traditional buying-holding-selling. One can also flip a property, keep it for rental or invest in REITs, this one totally new to me. I believe my first investment in real estate was acquiring this book.

I found this guide to be extremely helpful. It covers much of the basics such as having a plan, starting small, and not overcommitting. I like the section on common mistakes to avoid. Learning from other peoples mistakes is in my opinion and the authors is fastest way to success and least costly. Many of the strategies such as choosing tennant, lease agreements, pricing rentals seem to be extremely useful. The author does seem to cover everything as well even down to a properties garbage collection. Overall a very practical, and important guide to succeeding in real estate.

Excellent resource for the beginner to Real Estate investing. Covers all the important details and negotiations necessary to become a successful and profitable investor. Dealing with real estate transactions is usually a very complicated and tricky process, so you must have a good solid plan of attack to deal with all the components in buying and selling real estate. This book is easy to read and includes chapters on investing in REIT's and house flipping which I enjoyed learning more about. Highly recommend this book to anyone ready to take the plunge into real estate and build a passive income lifestyle.
