I read this journal during the 3 weeks between my biopsy and my total thyroidectomy. I must say it was in my hand when I had a spare minute. I educated myself to the point of the extreme and joined an online support group on facebook:"Light of Life Thyroid Survivors"Even with all of that, it was this book that helped me the most during my pre-op period.I highly recommend it for patients and their support system.
