As a mom of five (soon to be six!) I will be using this book for years to come. It covers everything from the benefits of making your own baby food, to how to shop for good produce and ingredients and also gives some great, easy-to-follow recipes. Feeding baby natural foods with no preservatives or additives is so important to help them live long and healthfully. I highly recommend this book!
This book will be very helpful for my future baby because when I had my daughter I did not read any books for babies about food what I only read was how to take care of the babies etc. So, the second time around will be much healthier food for my baby with the help of this book which I think is just easy to prepare. I can't wait to share this with my friends who are expecting a child.
I'm a grandmother and have two children 17 years apart. For both my children I made up my own food for them. I have two grandchildren and no doubt more on the way. This is a great book to have for when I'm undertaking my grandmother duties. There are lots of ideas in this book and I particularly liked the information on storing DIY baby food safely. Great for any new mum and even older ones.
Natural, inexpensive, and easy. A great recipe/tip book on making your own purees for babies and storing them. The main advantage of making your own baby food is knowing what you put in it, using healthy ingredients, and saving money. Great variety of recipes!
I bought this book expecting reciepes. I recieved it in the mail and was very disappointed! It has very fee pages, less than 20, and only a few of them are actual reciepes(literally 3 pages). I don't see how it could even cost $8 so create the book! Waste of money.
