There are indeed some good recipes here and they are also healthy for the most part. My main pet peeve about this book is that it is not for two people. These are normal size recipes where the author has just simply said "serves 2". There is no way to know if the nutritional information at the end of the recipes is correct. Yes , this will indeed serve two people... With lots of leftovers.

Easy and healthy. If you are looking for quick healthy and deliousous recipies that don't have a massive list of ingrediants that make meals for six people (this is just for one or two) then this is a great cook book.
