I passed the exam by only studying this book, actually the questions at the end of this book. I solved them multiple times , until i became master. then it helped me to have good understanding of the material covered in the exam.recommend this book to everyone.
Do I need to say a word on this book? .. It is simply the best book ever written for the REVIEW of the seismic design .. I think It is not famous enough because it is purchased directly from the Author who is not doing much marketing for his great work. I totally recommend it .. I am totally in love with this book.
Started the video review material and this workbook with little to understanding about seismic design. This book breaks it down to very simple easy to understand, it is organized very well, examples and problems are easy to understand... can't imagine studying without it!!!
I've completed several books in preparation for the California PE Seismic Exam. This book is by far one of the most comprehensive and involved texts for test prep. out on the market. I believe that the relatively unchallenged strength of this book is that it clearly relates the variety of aspects and characteristics in seismic design to one another. If you want to pass this exam, read this book and answer the questions in the back. Highly recommended.
