Anti Inflammatory Diet Action Plan is a book that should be read when one is looking for some useful and meaty discussions on what the Anti Inflammatory diet is all about. This book has told readers how they ca heal themselves with food. This may sound unbelievable, but this is what I got here. I think the book has been written with a clear purpose in mind--to help readers "achieve their goals and live a healthier and happier life." And this, for me, is more than enough reason to read this, follow it, and implement some changes in my life too. I also personally appreciate that the book has given the list of foods that aggravate inflammation and the anti-inflammation ones.
The book is well written, the information is well presented and the recipes look very healthy and flavorful. I highly recommend this book, you will get a lot out of it. This book helps explains everything perfectly, and is quite easy to understand. The author share some really good points on what foods to eat and which you should avoid. I learned a lot!!!

I personally like the ones about the foods that aggravate inflammation and, of course, the helpful recipes. Knowing the specific foods to avoid will also be handy and useful. I just wished there were pictures of the recipes. I feel that recipe books should have them. My opinion only.
