This is a great book! It's not a standard run-of-the-mill cookbook. Not only is it filled with amazing recipes but the great stories behind them. You really get a sense of who the truck owner is and how and why they decided to bring their skills to the Columbus market. They even offer some tips for getting started yourself. A must read for everyone and especially Columbus foodies and visitors!
I loved this book. It was so interesting telling the history of the food trucks and also shared some of their best recipes!
I love the concept and there are so many recipes that are fun and pretty easy to make!
