This a beautiful cookbook with great recipes and features several lodges, ranches and restaurants in Montana. The recipes reflect the region and are made with wonderful ingredients. It's a bit confusing that pictures aren't always on the same page as the recipe itself. We've already made a few of the recipes for the holidays and they were easy to prepare and excellent. As someone who has been to Montana a number of times-you have more to offer-looking forward to "More Favorite Recipes" as a follow-up!
Bought has a Christmas gift for 2014 and I am satisfied with the variety and selections in this book. Misses perhaps on some of the harder mountain fair but a good collection.
