If you are a very inexperienced handyman, you might find this useful. But then again maybe not because it assumes you have some basic plumbing knowledge to understand what is being said. I bought this because I needed answers to some more complex applications and this book did not cover any advanced code topics.I will give 5 stars because I bought it as an e-book and after reviewing it for less than an hour, I was able to go online and delete it for a full refund.
only thing is the ring binder. Yes it lays flat, but you have to make sure it doesn't get crimped or stepped on or squashed under other supplies, because the rings will get bent, then it will hardly turn pages.
THIS CODE REFERENCE IS VERY INFORMATIVE, AND COVERS LOTS OF PLUMBING SITUATIONS. USE THIS GUIDE TO PREVENT PLUMBING ERRORS AND TO IDENTIFY THE TYPES OF FITTINGS NEEDED TO PROPERLY BUILD WASTE LINES.
Less then expected information inside. Has little information related to more difficult/detailed jobs. Pictures are nice for better understanding but lacks a little.
This plumbing book is great. It highlights with pictures and notations the relevant codes. A must for every casual plumber who wants to do things properly.
I can not tell you How great this book is, as are all the DeWalt books are great, I use them for my classes.Best of best.
Good book not very detailed it is more for the plumber who knows what he is doing but just needs a refresher on codes
For reference only. Would not recommend in less you are looking for what I would call fun facts.
