Purchased this used in acceptable condition and the book arrived in almost new condition. Information is basic enough to gather a sense on how to do various projects with various masonry products. For a beginner it will point you in the right direction. All in all this is a good book to start off with in my opinion. Buy a used one and I don't thing you will go wrong for the price. Nothing ventured, nothing gained...

I was interested in repairing a damaged drive, but this book was all about custom sidewalks a decorative designing. Did not show me information that I was researching.
i am a do it yourselfer and sometimes you need books to refer to to get the information to help finish a job, and these books are great books for that, they have detailed pictures and easy to follow instructions.
