The main idea with this book was to provide the colorist with brilliant and stunning images to color, but then to really shake things up by splicing in dirty quotes, swear words, clever but vulgar sayings, sh*t like that. It’s an eye raping to be sure. Only until you finish coloring each image will the true profanity take it’s shape. So be brilliant you son (or daughter) of a b*tch! Show us what you’ve got!This book has been a collaborative effort between artists, designers, and psychologists. This book not only soothes you, but also increases mental stimulation. The pictures and designs may seem random at first glance, but they’re anything but.Our idea with this project was to both inspire you, and increase neuronal activity and stimulation in a way that activates very unique parts of your mind. There are fields of research suggesting that both children and adults who work with coloring books and designs can effectively raise their IQ.So have fun, relax, let the markers and pens do what they will, and hang on for an incredible, mind altering ride!We hope to give the designer (you) a very introspective and mind expanding experience.MARKER NOTE:If you feel like using markers, we suggest Staedtler Triplus Fineliner marker pens. They’re easy to use and are very good when it comes to bleeding issues. We’ve chosen a paper that we feel offers the best compromise between durability and brightness so that your ideas come to life without being encumbered by the paper.USE A PIECE of blank PAPER beneath your drawings as you color them, especially if you are using markers with alcohol in them. Ideally you would use map colors or colored pencils because they create the longest lasting unfading color. I laughed, really i did. I remember reading somewhere where actually yelling and cursing could help ease your pain and anxieties. I practice that almost religiously. I think of this book as the quieter version of that. I enjoyed the illustrations . They're well done! All in all, this book does exactly what its supposed to do...lowered my blood pressure a lil' bit. Just the juvenile type giggle i needed today!
Though this coloring book can be viewed on my Kindle Paperwhite without errors and on K4PC...who would really want to? Not a fan of this type of coloring book, but do understand there are some who will love curse words over Shutterstock/Istock designs. Of course, there are the overly black designs Kindle users can't print out without costing a fortune in ink...a big pet peeve of mine.When we buy coloring books in stores we can look inside to see if we like the designs and check for any designs we already have.
