I have been procastinating when it comes to saucesand condiments because I felt like I did not have much to experiment with, but then I got this book. Kodi Jacob has done an amazing job; the recipes are clear to follow and so far I am doing great I tried the Mango sauce and it was delicious. I loved the book and highly recomend it to sauces enthusiasts or beginners. I already feel like an expert ...lol
The marinades are excellent. Very well written easy to read and follow. Very helpful tidbits about spices, mustard, salt varieties, and amounts to use and times to use it. Nice addition of what to use it with too. Great book.I highly recommend this book.
