I bought this book when it first came out because I wanted to look more closely at tulips that weren't going to wilt and fade away and what better way to do so with a photographic essay of tulips from around the world and the most charming flower to lift a mood, at that! Then I gave the book as a gift. Then I needed it again and wanted it to study tulips again so I had to purchase it again. There you have it! Wonderful!Sybil Blazej-Yee, Librarian, Artist, Children's Author, and a Dog Walker
The photographs of unusual tulips in this book are amazing. I paint flowers and these make me want to paint each one of them. Facts about the most rare ones are very interesting.
