Beautifully photographed with a unique insider perspective on the food of her homeland, Trish Deseine writes from her heart. Recipes written for the European market, but still worth checking on our US imperial equivalents. I love this study of Ireland written beautifully by one of her gifted native daughters.
This is a fabulous book and is set to be a collectors item. A definitive guide to all the best of culinery Ireland now and in the past, written with Trish's usual grace and gentleness
The binding was dented, but that could have happened in shipping. Beautiful book, well written, with great recipes, and a lot of fine recommendations.
