As a Commercial Financing Broker, I found the book very informative and well-written. This was an unexpected gift that I received from a very respected colleague a little over a year ago. I consider it such an asset that I decided to make it a permanent feature on The KOH RESOURCES Blog; and I see no conflict of interest just because I'm an affiliate. In this "famine-ridden" market, which didn't originate yesterday, one needs all the information and strategies that one can consume and digest.
